Visa and MasterCard now require Internet stores to obtain the security code for all cards that have a code printed on them. In order for this transaction to be accepted and processed, you must enter this code if it's printed on your card. This is done for your protection.

Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.

If any of these information doesn't match with the one you registered at your local credit card company,
we can't send items, so please make sure that you type information correctly.

Please note that it takes 3-10 days to check all information.

PROCESS OF ORDER
1	We receive your order.
2	We check availabilty of your item	NG	If your item has all sold out, we cancel your order, and let you know. If there are rest of items available, we adjust total amount, and continue processing your order without notice. Please let us know at "Special instructions/comments" box on our order form, if you don't want us to send items unless we have all items you ordered.
3	Credit card transaction	NG	If we couldn't use your credit card, we cancel your order, and let you know.
4	We check your information with your credit card company through our credit card company. It takes 3-10 days depends on your credit card company. Some credit card company never answers personal information, and we can't send item to you in this case. If you want to make sure your credit card company to answer our question, please tell them that Japanese credit card company "NIPPON SHINPAN CO LTD (TYO)" will contact them to check your billing address information to authorize your order. 5	We check availabilty of your item	NG	If your item has sold out while this process, we cancel the credit card transaction. If there are rest of items available, we adjust total amount, and continue the credit card transaction. We are sorry, but we can't hold your item even in this short term, because there are so many flawed orders which we can't notice before we get an answer from our credit card company.
6	Delivery	NG	If your item was returned, and you still would like the item, we ship again with actual shipping fee, but if you wouldn't like the item anymore, we cancel the last credit card transaction, and charge shipping fee, and 15% of restocking fee.
7	We send invoice to your credit card company in 1 month, and you will get invoice from your credit card company in next 1 month.	NG

*You might see sales record even your order has been cancelled, but you will never get invoice from credit card company unless we send invoice to your credit card company.
In case if you get invoice, please call your local credit card company as soon as possible, and tell that you have never received the item.
