Q. How can I pay?
A. Payment by VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, Postal money order, International bank transfers are available.
Paypal and other payment method is not available.
We only ship credit card orders to the credit card billing address.
The credit card holder/user must be the same person as the name printed on the card (owner of the card and account).
Please send money by postal money order, or bank transfer, if you wish to send item to other place.
For payment by postal money order, and bank transfer, we discount 5% from total price, but customer is responsible for fees and commissions to send money.
Q. How much are those products in American dollars?
A. We only show the price in Japanese yens.
Please check the rate from each item page.
However, All credit card payment will be billed on the exchange rate at the time of the credit card processing which is the closing date set by the credit card company, so Please note that Currency Calculator does not provide any guarantees of the rate applicable to your credit card.

Q. Can I cancel my order/change the products?
A. It is only possible if your cancellations is before we send the items you order.
Please be careful when you choose your size.

A. The price is all as we show on the website. We do not discount.

A. Yes, All shoes we have are authentic, brand new and never worn, come with original box.

A. We show every items we have got.

A. We are afraid that we have all we show on the website since our stock always change according to our sales.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
A. International shipping/handling prices start at 1800YEN and go up from there depending upon the total weight of the products and the shipping destination.
Actual shipping price is calculated at checkout.

Q. How long does it takes item to arrive to me?
A. Basically it takes 3-8 days, it depends on the destination.
Since we have started to check all information of your credit card, it takes 3-10 days to ship, and takes 3-8 more days to arrive to your place.

Q. Is there any custom charge on top of the price?
A. Custom charges are country dependent so check with the customs bureau of your particular country before ordering.
Customer is responsible for ALL customs charges.

A. We do not accept any trade basically.
Q. Can I do business sales with you?
A. Our wholesale rate is 23% off from our regular price, and no more discount for item which has already been discounted more than 23%.
It is only when you purchase more than 30 pairs of same shoes, or your payment in a lump sum more than 300000yen, we take it as a wholesale price.
